Return Policy & Warranty What is your return policy?Purchase any of our inflatable poled camping tents, once it is shipped to you, set it up and try it inside your home. For whatever reason you are not satisfied with our tent you can return it. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping and that we receive the tent in the same condition as it was shipped to you, in its original carrying bag. The tent must be shipped back to AirZone within 15 days of you receiving the product.

 The AirZone Recreation air-poles have a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. They are guaranteed not to shrink, fade, crack, and are UV and fire resistant. This warranty does not cover natural disasters, knife punctures, bullets, animal attacks and improper care or misuse of the air-poles. For any warranty issues, you are required to call and return your tent or air-poles to your place of purchase. Please ensure that the tent/poles are cleaned for proper visual inspection. Based on the visual inspection, if within Warranty, the tent or air-poles have failed or have any defects in materials and workmanship AirZone Recreation will repair or replace the product free of charge. Proof of purchase will be required. |
